Projects aimed for Polish Higher Education Institutions Erasmus University Charter holders (EUC), interested in implementation of students and staff exchange with Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, with which bilateral agreement has been signed.

Mobility of representatives of educational institutions in order to establish and possibly to develop cooperation with institutions from the Donor States (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) with a view to potential future cooperation.

Within Inter-Institutional Cooperation institutions from Poland and Donor States engaged in formal education may implement bilateral and multilateral projects on topics relevant for basic, secondary, higher, vocational or adult education.

Development of Polish HEIs provides the possibility of co-financing projects aimed at development of curricula and institutional capacities of Polish Higher Education Institutions.
