Results of the Call for Proposals
On 14th June 2013, the Management Board of Foundation for the Development of the Education System approved the rules for the allocation of funds for the Mobility Projects in Higher Education. Then, on the basis of those rules the final amount of co-financing for the Mobility Projects in Higher Education which are going to be realized in academic year 2013/2014 was determined and approved.

Initial summary of the Call for Proposals within Scholarship and Training Fund
Mobility Projects in Higher Education
academic year 2013/2014
The Call for Proposals for Mobility Projects in Higher Education supported by a grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Grants and Norway Grants and co-financed by the Polish funds is closed. The eligible applicants within Mobility Projects in Higher Education were Polish Higher Education Institutions holding valid Erasmus University Charter. The call have enjoyed great interest by Polish universities.
The Programme Operator received many enquiries from representatives of the HEIs, who wanted to begin a co-operation with institutions from Donor-States, as well as from the students and HEI’s staff – potential future individual participants of the exchanges in Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein. Open Days, i.e. informational meeting was organized for potential applicants. The call lasted for two months e.g. from 1st March to 30th April 2013. In this period Programme Operator made an internet platform for electronic submission of applications available.
Every higher education institution might submit one application form, which should have included all planned exchanges and complete demand for funds for academic year 2013/2014. According to the conditions of the call, the possibility of electronic submission of applications was blocked on 30th April at 4 p.m. In the electronic online system 36 of application forms were submitted for the amount of 6 435 544,00 €.

Project Operator is waiting to receive the electronically submitted applications in hard copies originally signed by legal representatives of applying institutions. They will be assessed in accordance with the Formal and Eligibility Form published in the call documents. At the next stage all the necessary selection actions leading to the signing of the financial agreements as described in the Guide for Applicants will be carried out. We would like to thank all HEIs for their interest in cooperation with institutions from Donor-States and active participation in the call for proposals under the Scholarship and Training Fund!
